Corporate Consultancy and Training
Blue Baboons Reform Alliance delivers specialist consultancy and training focused on neurodivergent lives in complex systems,
with particular expertise in justice and frontline service environments. This work supports organisations to improve understanding,
reduce harm, and strengthen responses to neurodivergence across policing, courts, corrections, education, and community services.
All consultancy and training delivered through Blue Baboons Reform Alliance is led by Jennifer Althaus, whose work brings together
professional and lived experience in autism, neurodivergence, and systems reform. This ensures training is grounded in real-world
practice, ethical frameworks, and a clear understanding of how systems impact neurodivergent people.
