The Autism Helpline is a FREE service that is available to anyone who needs a chat or seek information about autism. Our qualified and experienced staff are ready to take your call 8 am - 10 pm 7 days a week. Our staff are mums of autistic individuals and/or qualified professionals who understand the challenges autism brings. They offer an empathetic ear when you need someone to listen.

Professionals: We are here to answer your questions about autism, support your growth in the industry and educate. We are available for face to face and online video conferencing and for staff workshops.

Confidentiality and privacy are important to us. No information given to us or discussed is shared with any 3rd parties. When you call you will be asked for your name and phone number so we can ring you back should we get disconnected during the call. Conversations are not recorded. Notes may be taken during the call so that we can support you in the best way possible.
