Criminal Justice Advocacy with Neuro-Affirming Insight
Orange Elephants Creative Minds provides professional, compassionate support and advocacy in complex criminal justice matters. We specialise in working alongside individuals, families, and legal professionals to ensure neurodivergent voices — particularly those of autistic individuals — are heard, understood, and respected.
Jennifer, founder of Orange Elephants Creative Minds, is a qualified advocate and educator with formal qualifications in Criminal Justice, Autism Studies and human rights. With extensive experience supporting autistic teens and adults, she brings deep insight into how autism and other neurological conditions may impact daily functioning, communication, and behaviour — especially within high-pressure environments like police interviews, court appearances, and correctional settings.
Jennifer collaborates directly with lawyers, barristers, and justice system staff to improve understanding of autism and its relevance throughout the legal process. She offers tailored support from the initial charges through to sentencing, ensuring clients are not only represented but understood.
