Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Healing Happens Together.
At the heart of recovery is connection — with ourselves, with others, and with the community around us.
As a psychosocial recovery coach, I walk beside you on your journey, offering compassionate, strengths-based support to help you rebuild confidence, develop life skills, and reconnect with what matters most.
Grounded in neuro-affirming, trauma-informed practice and the principles of restorative justice, my work recognises that every person’s healing journey is unique. I honour neurodiversity and lived experience, creating a safe and inclusive space where growth is nurtured, autonomy is respected, and relationships are restored.
With formal qualifications in Criminal Justice, Autism Studies, and Human Rights, I bring a deep understanding of complex systems and the intersecting challenges faced by individuals navigating mental health, legal, and social barriers. I specialise in supporting people with autism, neurological differences, domestic violence experiences, and those working to demonstrate proof of innocence in criminal matters. My approach promotes skill-building and confidence in the self-management of your recovery journey.
Support is available through weekly connection via phone, text, online chat, or face-to-face visits — always shaped by your preferences. I also provide advocacy and support at appointments, social activities, and community events, so you never have to face those moments alone.
Whether you're navigating mental health challenges, rebuilding after trauma, or seeking justice and belonging, you're not alone. Together, we cultivate resilience, purpose, and meaningful change.
Because healing isn’t a solo journey — it happens together.
